Many items have been donated over the years

Our collection of exhibits of national and international importance is one of the finest in the UK.

Donate items

The vast collection of regalia and books covers all Masonic orders through the ages and includes many items that have been donated over the years. Some of our most fascinating were given to the museum by Freemasons, Masonic Lodges and members of the public.

If you have something you think we might like to add to our collections, the first step is to email us enquiries@kentmuseumoffreemasonry.org.uk with photographs and information about the items.

Please include:

Your contact details (address, email, telephone number)

  • Anything you know about where the item came from or who it belonged to
  • One of our team will take a look and get back to you.

Please don’t post items or bring them into the museum without getting in touch first. Our volunteers will not be able to accept them and they will be returned to you.

Sadly, due to our success, we get more offers than we can handle and can only accept a small fraction of donations into the collection. Like all museums, we have a limited amount of storage space and have to make careful decisions which items are most deserving of long-term care.

Thank you for your interest and understanding.
